Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you place an order to request a return. 

 

Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received, it must be unworn or unused and has the original tag 

attached.

 

Note all our sale and clearance sale are final. No return, no refund on our sale and clearance items. However, we offer an exchange or store credit if you order the wrong item or size. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@gacstop.com with a reason for return. Once we accept the return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please get in touch with us before sending a return or exchange package for a faster response from us. 

 

Damages and issues 

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can promptly address any issues.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
