Shipping Policy:

We fulfill your order in 24 hours on regular business days. If you place your order on weekends, we will process it the following business day. We use the following method of shipping:-

USPS, FedEx, and UPS (USPS is our default carrier, we use other carriers as an alternative).

 

Delivery

When will I get my order? 

After fulfillment, we hand off your package to the shipping carrier. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 6–10 business days

Once the package is shipped out, the tracking number your receive in your email will provide a more accurate delivery date. 

 

Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. Customs policies vary widely for each country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases from the USA.

 

What should I do if my package is not delivered or delayed? 

Please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

How do I track my order? 

Once we print the shipping label, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status from the chat box on our website. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

If the product you ordered arrived damaged or received the wrong item, feel free to email us at sales@gacstop.com, chat with our live chat representative, or give us a call at (682)-233-2116 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm CST. We will address your issue promptly.
